COLLIERS has appointed Michael Montelibano as a director to the capital markets and investment services team.
Montelibano joins Colliers following a long and successful career in Asia and the United States and brings experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A); real estate private equity and investment banking; government advisory for infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships; and credit enhancement and structured finance. He has worked for Deutsche Bank, Arthur Andersen, and JLL.
Since 2013, he has held the position of executive director and head of business development at Ayala Corporation in the Philippines

“It is not only in the professional arena where Michael has excelled. He was a member of the Philippine National Swimming Team from 1983 to 1987 and is a salsa dance instructor,” Powderly said.
