ABACUS Property Group has appointed Australia Post deputy chair and Woolworths non executive director Holly Kramer to its board, chair its nomination and remuneration committee.
Abacus chairman, John Thame said Kramer brings a significant range of skills and expertise in a number of important areas relevant to its business.
“Holly brings a strong customer lens given her career across consumer and retail, with customer centricity in marketing. She has substantial ASX governance experience including leading a remuneration committee.”
