CONSTRUCTION has topped out at Greenland Australia’s nbh at Lachlan’s Line masterplanned community in Sydney’s north shore suburb of Macquarie Park.
The highest floor of the development, the 17-storey Nexus building, offers views to the Sydney CBD and the neighbouring Lane Cove National Park.
The first stage of nbh at Lachlan’s Line will include four towers of 17, 14, 14 and 11 storeys, with 592 apartments and 5,000 sqm of retail space. Builder Ganellen commenced construction in December last year, and completion is expected in the second half of 2019.
