SAVILLS has bolstered its Victorian industrial and business services team with the appointment of a new director, Brad Esler, who will lead the division.
Esler brings with him more than 11 years’ experience and joins from JLL, where he started as a valuer in 2007 before transitioning into an investment specialist role.
“Brad has extensive experience in the industrial capital markets sector and enjoys strong relationships with all investors in the Melbourne industrial market,” national head of industrial & business services, Michael Fenton, said.
“He has worked on some major transactions in Melbourne, and his appointment will help to bolster our service offering in this important sector of the market,” he added.
In addition to his valuation background, Esler has extensive academic qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance, undergraduate degree in Applied Science (Property) and FINSIA and ASIC accreditations.
