CBRE has bolstered its Victorian retail investments team with the appointment of valuer Annalee Neil.
Neil has been appointed analyst within the team and joins after almost three years as a valuer at m3property.
CBRE directors Mark Wizel and Justin Dowers said they were delighted to announce the appointment.
“Annalee Neil’s appointment is very welcome in that it brings to the team a valuable skillset which will both complement and enhance the ability of the team to continue to offer our clients the best possible service,” Wizel said.
“Annalee’s appointment will provide the team with an additional level of detail and client knowledge across all retail asset classes which will allow us to further expand our Investment service offering.” Dowers said.
