LANDMARK White has scored a major coup with the recruitment of David Jessup.
Jessup brings 30 years’ experience, starting his valuation career at Jones Lang LaSalle in 1989.
In 1997 he was appointed to the National Australia Bank in the role of property finance and corporate real estate manager SA/NT/WA. He was later promoted to national head of property risk.
Following a 10-year stint at NAB, he moved to Colliers as national director of consultancy and advisory.
He later return to the banking sector, after the Commonwealth Bank appointed Jessup as head of property risk in 2010 to establish a national specialist property risk team, which included credit decisioning for deals in excess of $10 million and management of the Risk Management Property Consultancy (RMPC) teams.
In 2012, he accepted the role of joint managing director of HTW in Melbourne.
LMW’s boss Chris Coonan said, “We are very fortunate to have Dave’s wealth of experience, property knowledge and expertise here at LMW. Please join me in welcoming him to the company.”
