CONSTRUCTION of Adelaide’s tallest residential building, the 30-storey, 103-metre high Kodo apartment development, has topped out as the city’s skyline is reshaped.
The $100 million project by Flagship Property Holdings at 29 Angas Street will have 202 one, two and three-bedroom apartments that are almost fully sold. It will feature a four-level podium with a sky garden, and ground floor retail and commercial tenancies.
Completion is expected in early in 2019 are construction began in April last year.
Adelaide will be home to the world’s tallest exclusive-use student accommodation building, after Hines Property recently received the green light for its 124.2-metre high 29 Twin Street building.
