CUSHMAN & Wakefield has expanded its New South Wales capital markets team with the appointment of Daniel Courtnall and Daniel Francis.
Courtnall was appointed associate director and Francis as manager. The team now comprises 11 professionals, bringing the national team to 16.
Both join from Knight Frank, and in their new roles they will largely focus on commercial transactions within the Sydney CBD and fringe office markets, and freehold and strata deals for private and institutional clients.
Cushman & Wakefield’s chief executive Australia and New Zealand, James Patterson, said 2018 has been a transformative year for Cushman & Wakefield’s Australian Capital Markets business and the growth momentum continues apace. Attracting leading industry talent will further support a team that has managed some of the country’s most significant office transactions in recent months.
