CBUS Property has appointed Hutchinson Builders as the contractor for the residential mixed-use development, The Langston, in Epping.
Hutchinson Builders will commence ground works on the site of the former Westpac building in Langston Place from January 2019.
Designed by award-winning architectural firm Architectus, the Langston will comprise three towers of 19, 24 and 29 storeys, and include a ground floor retail/mixed-use precinct comprising 1,681 sqm of retail space, as well as open public space and shareways connecting Epping Train Station with the new town centre.
Cbus Property CEO Adrian Pozzo said the Langston will significantly contribute to the revitalisation of the Epping Town Centre and as such, choosing the right contractor was critical for Cbus Property.
Hutchinson Builders managing director Greg Quinn, “We’re excited to commence work on our first project with Cbus Property, especially considering the significance The Langston will have in redefining the Epping Town Centre,”
Pozzo said since the project launch in May, the project has received a significant amount of interest from local buyers, prospective retailers and the broader Epping community.
The first stage of the project, Langston Tower, is currently offering one, two and three-bedroom apartments, prices starting from $650,000.
