KNIGHT Frank has expanded its asset management services team with three appointments.
Ben Nicholson joins the Knight Frank Sydney team from Dexus, in the position of director. Kellie von Bergheim has been appointed as partner, head of asset management services, Western Australia and Jeremy Robotham has joined the national team as partner, asset management services, Australia.
Knight Frank’s head of asset management services, Australia Linda Rudd said the firm is experiencing a period of growth with key new senior hires, and winning new appointments from both new and existing clients.
Knight Frank’s AMS client base recently expanded with management appointments of 23,000 sqm of A-grade office space at 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney and 52,000 sqm of office space across Sydney which includes 111 Elizabeth Street and 66 Clarence Street. This is in addition to circa 150,000 sqm of gross lettable area (GLA) of retail space that the team has recently been appointed to manage nationally.
