CROMWELL Property Group has appointed Andrew Fay as a non-executive director, filling the vacancy created by the retirement of Richard Foster last year in November.
Fay has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services sector. He is a director ASX-listed Pendal Group and Spark Infrastructure Group. He was a non-executive director of Gateway Lifestyle Group from 2015 until recently, and currently holds non-executive positions at J O Hambro Capital Management Holdings Limited, the UK subsidiary of Pendal Group, and South Australian Power Networks.
He has also held senior positions at Deutsche Asset Management (Australia) Limited including, and board roles in the investment and funds management industry, including the property asset classes.
