FAST-growing third-party logistics provider, Silk Contract Logistics, has appointed CBRE to provide property services to its Australian platform that currently encompasses 24 sites across 360,000 sqm.
This includes Silk’s Melbourne head office and key warehousing and distribution sites across Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane, on a three-year appointment.
Silk Contract Logistics was formed in 2012 as a result of the merger of Kagan Logistics and Hoffmann Transport.
