Gavin Dumas of Crabtrees Real Estate sold 3 Ebden Street on behalf of the retiring vendors.
Zoned Industrial 1, it has a 675 sqm flexible floor plan, and dual driveways.
“It’s a great testament to the strength of the market and demand in Moorabbin for freehold industrial premises to see a result like this with more than 50 enquiries and a large attendance at the auction with multiple bidders,” Dumas said.
The purchaser was looking to secure additional space for their businesses.
