KNIGHT Frank has appointed Ed Wright as the new director of commercial sales, capital markets.
Wright joins from RPG Real Estate where he helped established the infill development site sales division last year. Prior to that, he spent eight years with CBRE, starting as an analyst in Adelaide before being promoted to senior manager, associate director and then the head of Victorian development site sales, transacting more than $2.2 billion.
Knight Frank head of commercial sales Danny Clark said Wright is an experienced property professional and highly awarded estate agent with a demonstrated history of achieving premium outcomes for his clients.
“He is highly skilled in deal negotiation within commercial real estate, property development, property advisory and development site sales over a 10-year period.” Clark said.
