CHINESE development giant Dahua Group has started civil and subdivision works on its $118 million boutique master planned project The Ridgeway, in Sydney’s Barden Ridge.
Located at 310 Illawarra Road, The Ridgeway spans 14.6 hectares and will comprise 136 new homes with a range of housing types, as well as parklands.
Western Sydney company, Western Earthmoving was awarded the contract for infrastructure and subdivision works.
The first residents are expected to move in from late in 2019.
