GREENLAND Australia and joint venture partners, GH Australia have appointed Richard Crookes Construction to build stage one of the Park Sydney master planned residential community in Sydney’s Erskineville.
Encompassing 6.9 hectares, it will ultimately comprise nine blocks ranging from two to eight storeys with 1,400 apartments, constructed over five stages.
There will also be a 7,446 sqm public park, and retail including a full-range supermarket and specialty shops.
Stage one, approved by the City of Sydney in February, takes in around 330 apartments over two buildings, a fresh food precinct, food and beverage strip, medical centre and childcare centre.
