SPECIALIST property, plant and equipment valuing firm, PP&E Valuations, continues to grow with appointment of Tim Reilly.
Reilly has been appointed to the role of senior valuer – plant & equipment.
He joins from Deloitte and prior to that, he was PwC in their respective tangible asset valuation teams.
P&E’s managing director Damian Dalton said “We desperately needed to find another P&E valuer and to attract someone of Tim’s calibre and experience from one of the big four accounting firms I think is terrific affirmation of the quality of clients we are attracting and the quality of the work we are producing.
“We now desperately need to find an experienced property valuer in Melbourne to not only service our existing workload but further expand our service into complimentary offerings, especially in regards going concern properties.
“Reilly is a certified practising valuer of plant and equipment and was attracted to PP&E by the opportunity of working in the highly experienced, specialist valuation firm that continues to punch above its weight,” Dalton added.
PP&E expanded into New South Wales late last year with the appointment of Daryl Bird as state manager, achieved a record year of revenue in FY18.
Dalton said the firm is currently seeking a property valuer, preferably with experience in going concern property valuations, to join the Melbourne team.
