MIRVAC has officially opened the new lobby at its A-grade 367 Collins Street commercial tower in Melbourne’s CBD.
Four new tenancies on the ground floor have been created, as well as three new tenancies fronting Flinders Lane after the works, which included the removal of a former Commonwealth Bank branch.
New occupants introduced to the building as a result of the works include Anytime Fitness, Colliers Residential, and on-site café Falcon, while Brickworks Building Products will open in November in what Mirvac said would be a “first-of-its-kind retail offering in Melbourne”.
Optus and Sportsbet are among the existing major tenants in the building.
