SAVILLS has added three property professionals to its Asian services platform within its Melbourne-based sales team.
Ming Li, Glenn Ye and Jessie Du will join the platform established by Benson Zhou, with the support of Dorothy He.
Li joins Savills from Burgess Rawson, where he was head of Asia markets, and will take on a senior executive role within the team.
Ye will also take on a senior executive position, having held a previous role with Beller Commercial where he was responsible for its Asia services provision.
Du comes from Melbourne Real Estate where she assisted the team in the sales, leasing and management of an extensive apartment portfolio, and will be Asian services team administrator at Savills.
Clinton Baxter of Savills said more than 50% of Savills Melbourne’s sales volume over the past five years comprised capital sourced from Asia.
