INDEPENDENT advisory firm m3property has boosted its ranks with the appointment of commercial valuer Craig Berridge as an associate director.
Berridge will be working within the Going Concern division and he will be responsible for valuations of service stations, child care centres, motels and self-storage facilities.
He has recently moved to Brisbane from the Central Coast of New South Wales, where he worked as a senior commercial valuer with Robertson and Robertson.
Berridge has also held senior roles with Urbis, JLL, Global Management Investments and Seymour Group.
