SAVILLS has appointed Ben Koops as a director to the Melbourne valuations team.
He as rejoins Savills after seven years as an associate director between 2006 and 2013 and he said is thrilled to be back.
“Returning to one of, if not the best valuation teams in Melbourne is an honor and most of the team are friends I have known for almost 10 years which is a big bonus.
“My goal is to offer valuation services in the office segment to the same standard as Savills has been producing for the Retail, Industrial, Residential Development and Mortgage markets,” Koops said.
Savills national director of institutional valuations Andrew Pannifex said getting Koops back boosts the national office valuations capability.
“Ben has an established reputation within the Melbourne Office market and will be a key contributor in growing our market share across the national CBD markets,” Pannifex said.
