PROPERTY Council Western Australian executive director Lino Iacomella will step down later this month.
He is retiring after 12 years at the PCA, to pursue other opportunities. His last day will be Friday 27 July.
PCA chief executive Ken Morrison paid tribute to Iacomella’s long service to the property industry.
“Lino has been a faithful servant of the property industry for well over a decade and his knowledge and commitment will be sorely missed,” Morrison said. “He leaves a legacy of many achievements, including the introduction of independent Development Assessment Panels, the strata titles overhaul now before Parliament and the establishment of Infrastructure WA.”
“It has been a privilege to lead the Property Council in WA and being part of a such dynamic industry,” Iacomella said.
