CONSTRUCTION has begun on Surfers Paradise’s first riverside residential tower in more than 30 years.
Peninsular Residences will comprise 60 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments over nine levels on a 1,518 sqm site, with more than 80% of apartments already sold.
It is the first Gold Coast venture for Sydney-based property developer and fund manager HCAP Developments and Brisbane based development management consultancy Marquee Development Partners.
Gold Coast builder Rawcorp is constructing the project, with completion expected by the middle of 2019.
