CBRE has expanded its South Australian retail team with the appointment Michael Fenton in the role of negotiator.
Fenton joins the agency after seven years in property finance at St George Bank.
CBRE’s SA managing director Alistair Laycock said Fenton’s appointment reflects the increased activity in the retail sector.
“With increased transactional activity in the retail sector, we identified a need for a specialist retail transactional operator in the Adelaide market,” Laycock said. “Micheal has significant experience in the sector, working with private investors, syndicators, fund managers and listed corporations, making him the perfect fit for our business.”
