DAVID Blight has been appointed to Cromwell’s board after ARA Asset Management joined the group’s registry.
Blight has been appointed as a non-executive director effective. He is a director and CEO of ARA Australia.
“David’s extensive experience in real estate investment and development in Australia and globally makes him an excellent addition to the board.” Cromwell chairman Geoffrey Levy said.
Blight is also Independent non-executive director and chairman of the nomination and remuneration committee for Japara Healthcare Limited (ASX: JHC), an ASX listed residential aged care business. David is the former Vice Chairman of ING Real Estate and the former global chairman and CEO of ING Real Estate Investment Management.
Blight holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Valuation (University of Adelaide).
At the same time, Andrew Konig has retired as non-executive director. He joined the Cromwell board in 2014.
