PROPTECH company Xperior has appointed Jeremy Marmur as general manager as the business accelerates its growth plan.
“We are pleased to be building on our executive team and to leverage Jeremy’s 20 year property experience, strong industry relationships and passion for tech. Jeremy will drive Xperior’s expanded business development pipeline with significant growth opportunities having been identified both locally and in global markets,” Xperior founder and entrepreneur, Oliver Roydhouse, said.
“This strategic appointment is another example of our confidence in our Xperior product but also the group’s commitment to expand into new regions and verticals.” Roydhouse said.
Launched in 2015, Xperior has already gained strong traction with the platform currently deployed across major commercial buildings owned by Top 10 Australian and New Zealand REITs.
Marmur said the fast emerging PropTech space is gaining significant momentum as the property industry is increasingly looking to technology to improve occupier engagement.
“Xperior’s growth roadmap includes the launch of a suite of new technologies and further enhancements to the product that will result in a superior user experience.” Marmur said.
