STOCKLAND has appointed Christine O’Reilly to the board of directors.
“I’m delighted to welcome Christine to the Stockland board. Christine is a highly respected and experienced director, with strong executive experience in the utilities, energy and infrastructure investment sectors,” Chairman Tom Pockett said.
“She will bring a wide range and depth of skills and expertise to the Board in a number of important areas relevant to our business, and I look forward to her contribution,” he added.
O’Reilly is currently a director of CSL Limited, Transurban Limited, EnergyAustralia Limited and Medibank Private Limited. O’Reilly will step down from the board of EnergyAustralia in order to accept the board position at Stockland.
