THE Australian Property Institute (API) has awarded Roy Farthing with a Life Fellowship.
Farthing is an Australian and global leader in the valuation of plant and machinery. He was also chosen to be the face of API Technical Information Papers on Market Value of Property, Plant & Equipment in a Business and Valuation for Insurance Purposes.
The API said Farthing has provided a lifetime of service to asset valuation and, via his leadership and dedication, has contributed to the betterment of asset valuation in Australia and worldwide.
