JLL has bolstered the NSW sales and investments team with the appointment Mitch Noonan as associate director.
He joins from CBRE in Sydney where he has been an associate director, leading the city sales team within the capital market division.
“Mitch will have a core focus on middle market transactions in the Sydney CBD as well as the city fringe, and will be a valuable addition to our broader sales and investments team,” JLL’s head of office investments – Australia Rob Sewell said.
“With experience across office and retail investment sectors, Mitch has a deep understanding of real estate fundamentals and brings a proven track record of delivering value for clients in this sector.
“Over 2017, in the Sydney CBD and Sydney fringe markets, we recorded $1.13 billion worth of middle market transactions (under $150 million) and we forecast strong volumes to continue over the medium term.” Sewell said.
