CI Australia has bolstered its ranks with two appointments.
Anthony Zantiotis has joined the firm as site acquisitions executive, bringing over 28 years’ experience. He will report into CI Australia CEO Andrew Hunter and will also work closely with the planning department of property and infrastructure specialists APP, CI’s parent company.
“Anthony’s appointment to CI coincides with an increasing demand we’re seeing from clients locally and internationally across both businesses, looking to expand in the Sydney and regional centres,” APP CEO Adam Castro said.
“Given the changing landscape of Sydney’s property market and the tightening of traditional development sites available, site acquisition is an increasingly complex arena. With Anthony’s skills and expertise, we’re able to offer a more specialised service to our clients, tailored to their specific development requirements,” he added.
Meanwhile, Amy Kellow has joined the firm as communications manager, from JLL.
“We are really pleased to have Anthony and Amy on board. We are dedicated to attracting staff who share our values of professionalism, integrity and innovation,” Hunter said.
“The continual growth of our Sydney team and recent office opening in Brisbane has seen us grow our staff by approximately 30% over the last year. It’s a really exciting time for us, bolstered by recent industry award recognitions, and we look forward to continuing on this path.” Hunter concluded.
The firm also recently appointed Gary Inberg as director of business development.
