LJ Hooker Commercial has strengthened its Perth office with the appointment of former Burgess Rawson director and equity partner Brian Neo.
Neo has been appointed the new director of commercial and joins LJ Hooker Commercial after 14 years at Burgess Rawson.
He will work in the team headed by Vincent Siciliano.
Neo said the prospect of joining a boutique agency as the Perth market was starting to see green shoots was an exciting prospect.
“I’ve known Vincent for over 12 years and he’s developed a business where we believe our synergies and work ethics will go hand in hand to build an even better business and a highly respected team.
“I’m currently working with a lot of high net worth international and local investors looking to get in on the ground floor of the Perth recovery and we’re already seeing transaction volumes rise across the city fringe,” he added.
“Brian has an outstanding mix of enthusiasm and business acumen which has served his clients exceptionally well,” Siciliano said. “His skills set extends across sales to leasing in the office, medical and retail markets. In particular, he’s regarded as the go-to advisor through the inner ring of West Perth, Subiaco, Claremont and Nedlands. He’s a great acquisition for our growing team.”
