MARK Moran Group has launched the sales campaign for a new apartment project, Embrace, in Warrawee on Sydney’s upper north shore.
Located at 1311 Pacific Highway, Embrace will comprise 52 apartments over two buildings.
“Embrace will bring a high level of quality and design unrivalled in the area, which is reflective of the great team we’ve collaborated with,” Mark Moran Group property director David Bacon said.
“We engaged Benson McCormack Architecture to create meticulously well-designed, generously oversized house-like apartments that will also have a great build quality. Award-winning interior designer, Evette Moran, has designed the interiors and she’s regarded as one of the most innovative interior designers around. She was recently awarded Industry Changemaker for Innovation for all of Australia and Asia.”
Savills is handling the sales campaign.
Director residential projects Peter Coulton said registrations of interest have been strong.
“We’ve had a lot of interest from upper north shore residents who are wanting to stay local but downsize, or younger families after a contemporary apartment that’s unique to the area but still offers all the key transport, leisure, retail and educational amenities they are already enjoying,” Coulton said.
Embrace is priced from $640,000 to $660,000 for a one bedroom plus parking, $655,000 to $690,000 for a one bedroom plus study and parking, $970,000 to $1,000,000 for a two bedroom plus parking, $960,000 to $1,090,000 for a two bedroom plus study and parking and $1,200,000 to $1,570,000 for a 3 bedroom plus parking.
