CBRE has promoted highly regarded property professional Bradley Speers to lead the role of head of research in Australia.
Joining CBRE in 2014, he has been a vital member of CBRE’s team. Prior to CBRE, he held positions with Brookfield, Knight Frank Investment Management and Investment Property Database.
Speers has more than 20 years’ experience in the Australian and UK real estate and investment industries, specialising in valuations, investment analysis, research and economics.
CBRE president & CEO for the Pacific region, Ray Pittman, said Speers’ extensive experience and expertise in the property sector would ensure CBRE continued to build a client-centric focus around its research platform.
