SAVILLS has strengthened its project management business in Victoria, with the appointment of a new director and manager.
Metin Guzel joins as a project director, moving from RMIT where he worked as a program manager for major projects. Prior to RMIT, he was a senior project manager for Airservices Australia.
“With more than 22 years’ experience in the industry working across the education, aviation, commercial and retail sectors, we’re excited to support Metin as he channels his expertise into Savills exciting new projects,” Savills project management state director David Hayden, said.
At the same time, Maxim (Max) Sibiriakov has been appointed project manager. He joins from DRC Group, where he headed up the project management team and worked on major commercial refurbishments for various large-scale international clients.
“With more than 10 years of experience in construction and fit-outs, as well as a background in programme, facility and real estate portfolio account management, Max brings with him a suite of skills that will enhance our project management offering,” Hayden said.
