SAVILLS has lured Tom Tuxworth from Melbourne to become a new state director in Sydney.
Tuxworth joins from CBRE in Melbourne, where he was a senior agent in the Victorian city sales team, bringing over 10 years’ experience.
He will lead Savills’ metropolitan & regional sales division.
“Throughout the past 10 years, Tom has developed a strong network of clients and is well known for being an enthusiastic and dedicated operator,” Savills managing director for NSW Simon Fenn said.
Tuxworth said he was excited to join the already established metro sales team and assist in building on its strong profile.
“The opportunity to lead a dynamic team was a big driver in me accepting this role.
“I believe that we have what it takes to become the most dominant commercial agency team in NSW and capitalise on the recent successes of Savills other business lines.” Tuxworth concluded.
