ASX-listed Think Childcare has appointed Evonne Collier and Joe Dicks as non-executive directors.
Collier has experience in business scale-up and transformation, branding strategies, innovation, and digital disruption, and 25 years’ experience within multinational companies and brands in the FMCG, packaged goods, pharmaceutical, and entertainment and technology sectors, including at Goodman Fielder, PepsiCo Foods, Kimberly Clark and Fox Entertainment.
Dicks is a founding partner of PPB Advisory and has experience in the aged care, agricultural and vocational education industries, and worked as a chartered accountant, company auditor and accredited business valuation expert.
Last month, Think Childcare looked to investors to fund the acquisition of four childcare centres for more than $5.677 million.
