CBRE has appointed leading property professionals Steve Clark and Kyle Youngson to lead its Gold Coast metropolitan investments team.
Both join from Colliers, where they specialised in the sale of leased investments and development sites in the area.
CBRE Gold Coast managing director Jonathan O’Brien said the appointments were a significant hire for the business.
“Steve and Kyle bring with them a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Gold Coast commercial property market that will ensure we continue to provide a first-class service offering to our clients,” O’Brien said.
Clark said it was an exciting opportunity to further build on CBRE’s success in the Gold Coast market.

Youngson said their new roles came at a time of opportunity for the Gold Coast commercial property market.
