AUSTRALIAN Property Institute members across the country have been invited to share their views and vast experiences, which will be used to formulate the API’s response to the banking royal commission.
API members will have the opportunity over the coming weeks to share their experiences on a confidential basis with API CEO Amelia Hodge and Professor John Sheehan AM.
Hodge said the API is focused on fairly and accurately representing its Members who can contribute their substantial and relevant experience dealing with the banking sector to this landmark event.
“We want to formulate this important contribution through wide-reaching consultation and close interaction with API members,” Hodge said.
Face-to-face forums began in Adelaide and Canberra and will continue being held across most capital cities on the following dates:
Brisbane – March 20th & 21st
Melbourne – March 22nd & 23rd
Hobart – March 26th
Sydney – March 27th & 28th
Members in regional areas and those who are not able to attend the face-to-face meetings will be given the opportunity to provide feedback via Skype with meetings scheduled prior to the week of April 9th.
Members can also choose to contribute feedback in writing via the online form or by email to advocacy@api.org.au.
