FITZROYS has expanded its CBD leasing team with the appointment of Alex Shum.
Shum joins Fitzroys from a major Melbourne commercial agency with an extensive background in retail assets.
Fitzroys has already made three appointments to its agency division this year. Stuart Kennett will operate in the commercial and retail sectors through the eastern city fringe; James Spencer will is now part of the leasing team through inner Melbourne; and Lewis Waddell has enhanced the agency’s growing presence across Melbourne’s inner-north and the north-west corridor.
“A strong commercial background puts Alex in an ideal position to further develop Fitzroys’ already significant leasing presence in Melbourne’s CBD,” Fitzroys director Rick Berry said.
“Alex will be working in the CBD grid to continue Fitzroys’ recent successes with high quality transactions to operators such as Officeworks, Betty’s Burgers and Café Di Stasio.”
“We’re excited by our new recruits and the ongoing growth of the agency team as we build on our success over the past 12 months,” Fitzroys director, David Bourke said.
