CBUS Property has appointed local builder Ganellen to deliver first stage of its master-planned neighbourhood Newmarket Randwick in Sydney.
Located 6km from Sydney’s CBD, Newmarket Randwick will transform the historic former Inglis Newmarket Stables site on Barker Street into a masterplanned community, which will comprise a mix of 642 new apartments, townhouses and terraces, a 2,300 sqm of retail, dining and leisure precinct and over 5,000 sqm of parks and open space.
