COMMERCIAL real estate agency Fitzroys has made three key appointments.
It has appointed Stuart Kennett, James Spencer, Lewis Waddell.
Kennett comes from Harcourts, where he specialised in CBD and fringe markets.
From JLL in South Australia, Spencer brings five years’ experience in the retail and commercial sectors.
Waddell has joined the agency’s growing presence across Melbourne’s inner-north, and north-west corridor.
“We’re excited by our new recruits and to grow the agency team as we build on our success over the past 12 months,” Fitzroys director David Bourke said.
