GOODMAN Group has made two key board appointments.
Goodman has appointed Penny Winn as an independent director of Goodman Limited and Goodman Funds Management Limited and the risk and compliance and audit committees.
At the same time, David Collins was appointed as an independent director of Goodman Logistics (HK) Limited.
Chairman Ian Ferrier said it is essential the board remains contemporary in response to the evolving property market.
