SAVILLS has strengthened its valuations division with the appointment of a new director, Al Carpenter.
Carpenter will assume the role as director of industrial valuations – New South Wales, based in the Parramatta office.
Carpenter recently transferred over from Ford Land. Prior to this, he worked for JLL valuations for over 10 years specialising in industrial, business parks and residential development valuations, whilst running the JLL’s NSW valuations division.
“Al is highly respected within the property industry and his appointment is a fantastic win for the Savills business,” Savills NSW MD Simon Fenn said.
“Part of our overall business strategy is to continue strengthening and growing the valuation business in NSW whilst increasing our exposure to Western Sydney to better service our clients in what is the fastest growing area of Sydney.” Fenn said.
