KNIGHT Frank has appointed Matthew Curtain as the new head of retail investments in Queensland.
Curtain joins from JLL where he spent 10 years as director, retail.
“We are delighted to have Matthew join Knight Frank to lead our Queensland retail investments business in Brisbane,” Knight Frank’s QLD MD Ben McGrath said.
“Matthew has an unparalleled wealth of experience and track record in the industry, having been involved in some of Brisbane’s biggest retail assets and key shopping Centre deals in QLD, including The Wintergarden, Queens Plaza and Post Office Square. Matthew has also worked on the client side of the market for QIC in investment and development – retail in recent years,” he added.
