KNIGHT Frank has promoted Claire Moran to the role of senior director, head of division of project management & building consultancy (PBMC), in Queensland.
Moran was previously director of project management & building consultancy in the NSW office. The new role will be based out of Brisbane.
PMBC national head Andrea Brown said Moran is the market leader nationally for Workplace Solutions.
“Claire will remain nationally focused on Workplace Solutions while expanding the PMBC service line in Queensland.
“Claire is extremely well respected in the industry and we are pleased to have the opportunity to promote her into this important role for the business. PMBC is an integral part of Knight Frank’s offering and this is a very positive step forward for the growth of our service line. PMBC like our clients has a national focus and strengthening our Queensland offering with this key appointment strengthens this objective,” Brown said.
The appointment follows Richie Holligan’s move from Knight Frank’s Sydney office to Brisbane as associate director, PMBC, QLD in another newly-formed role for the business.
