PRESTON Rowe Paterson has expanded its rural reach with a new office in Shepparton in northern Victoria.
Goulburn Valley Property Services, who have operated as an independent practice for 20 years, have joined forces with PRP.
As of 1st December, the firm will rebrand as Preston Rowe Paterson Shepparton.
“Our association with Preston Rowe Paterson allows us to harness the expertise, technology and the resources of a national network whilst still retaining local ownership and business community ties,” principal director Wes Ridd said.
“We have a real focus on agribusiness and rural property and it will be exciting for our team to join the exceptional rural valuation team at Preston Rowe Paterson.” Kidd said.
PRP Australasia CEO Greg Sugars said the firm is delighted to welcome Wes Ridd and his staff to the PRP team.
“They will continue to work with their existing strong local client base as well as servicing a diverse range of clients, which includes most major lenders, commonwealth and state government departments, corporate Australia and a wide range of private clients.” Sugars said.
