AVID Property Group has bolstered its Victorian apartment and medium density business with the appointments of Peter Vlitas and Danny Boubli.
Vlitas has joined as the general manager of Victoria and Boubli in the newly-created project director role.
Vlitas said he was looking forward to supporting Avid’s national goal to triple the company’s value over the next five years.
“The company has solid plans to diversify its business and I am excited to drive Avid’s growth opportunities in Victoria,” he said.
Vlitas has held senior positions in a number of private and government housing and development companies, including Development Victoria and AVJennings.
Boubli brings more than 30 years’ experience in urban development, having worked at Leighton Properties, Mirvac and Aust-Equity Properties.
“The company has built a solid reputation over the last 10 years for delivering high performing residential masterplanned communities,” he said. “The objective now is to create a diversified residential platform by increasing the focus on apartment development opportunities, while continuing to feed the current residential communities pipeline.”
