CUSHMAN & Wakefield has scored a major recruitment coup, with the appointment of Simone Dalley as director of capital markets in Brisbane.
Dalley joins after six years with LaSalle Investment Management where she was regional director and fund manager of the LaSalle Australia Core Plus Fund, completing over 70 capital transactions with a total value of approximately AUD1.3 billion.
In her new role, she will work closely with James Quigley, head of capital markets, Australia and New Zealand.
