INVESTA Office Fund (IOF) has appointed Gai McGrath as an independent director to the Board of ILFML.
McGrath’s previous executive roles include general manager of Westpac’s retail business, GM retail banking of Westpac New Zealand, general manager customer service and GM risk solutions of BT Financial Group and general counsel & company secretary of Perpetual Limited.
She is also a director of Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia, IMB Bank, Landcom and Toyota Finance Australia.
McGrath’s appointment follows the completion of a search process by global search and leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates.
