COLLIERS International has recruited James Trescowthick from Charter Keck Cramer as an associate director to its Melbourne CBD retail valuation and advisory services team, with a focus on shopping centres.
Trescowthick has more than a decade of experience in the industry, including as an associate director of Charter Keck’s office valuations team, and has specialised in Melbourne’s CBD and inner city retail markets.
